BESTIVAL 2025: The Mice Festival in Berlin

What can you expect at Bestival? BERLIN!
BESTIVAL focuses on personal encounters and unique experiences that you can only have in Berlin. Three main themes make the diverse faces of Berlin more tangible:
SUSTAINABILITY • COMMUNITY • INNOVATION
On the first day of the festival, participants will immerse themselves in Berlin's diverse opportunities and offerings. In addition to an exciting stage programme and inspiring workshops, many Berlin providers will present themselves on site. At the Long Berlin Night, participants will get to know exciting locations before we round off the evening together in a relaxed atmosphere with music and drinks.
On the second day of the event, participants will have the opportunity to discover the diversity of Berlin on exciting Kiez tours and experience locations, future places and local projects first-hand.
Programme
Alte Münze
On 3 July, BESTIVAL kicks off at the Alte Münze (Old Mint).
The former mint, on the banks of the Spree in Berlin’s Mitte, is a place for artists and cultural workers, young creatives, the urban community and event planners. The location offers space for a multitude of event formats and represents future-oriented reutilisation of historically industrial urban spaces.
Holzmarkt
We round off the first day at the Holzmarkt as part of the Long Berlin Night.
Holzmarkt is a creative urban neighbourhood in the heart of Berlin. A former wasteland on the banks of the Spree that has been transformed by user-driven urban development. On 12,000 square metres, there is space for culture, events, creative work and plenty of urban nature.
Bestival: Our Sustainability Goals
As per past editions of BESTIVAL, our goal is to realise the festival in a climate-neutral way.
The entire conception, organisation and implementation of the BESTIVAL follows a sustainability strategy based on the criteria of the Sustainable Meetings Berlin programme and ISO 20121 policy. We will also make the measures of the Sustainable Event Guidelines visible, transparent and tangible, both online and on-site, to give you sustainability tips, frameworks and inspiration for your own event planning.
